Time ago I made this texture pack. Is a complete texture pack that replace all the texture of the levels in SM64, but some enemies, grafic effects and the GUI are the same as the original. There are two youtube videos v1.0:

v1.1 (some bugfix, double textures removed, restyle of some areas):
